1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PitchPressure.com, our web application, mobile web experience, PWA features, alerts, content, analytics, charts, FastPicks, Custom Filters and related services (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

Additional terms, policies or notices may apply to specific features. Where they are posted on the Service, they form part of these Terms by reference.

2. Service and Information Provided

PitchPressure is a football analytics platform. The Service may include live match pressure charts, match statistics, pre-match information, form data, FastPicks filters, Push, Telegram and Discord alerts, match cards and other football-related analytical tools.

The Service is intended to be one of many information sources. It should not be treated as a prediction guarantee, betting instruction, financial recommendation or substitute for your own judgement.

We may add, remove, limit or change features, plans, coverage, leagues, data sources, alert formats, pricing and product names over time. We will try to avoid materially reducing paid features during an active paid term without a reasonable operational, legal or security reason.

3. Eligibility and Local Laws

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If the laws in your jurisdiction require a higher minimum age for using football analytics connected to betting-related decision making, you must meet that higher age requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Service is lawful in your country, state or jurisdiction. We do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available in every location.

If you access the Service from outside the Netherlands or the European Union, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not share, sell, transfer or allow another person to use your account unless we have expressly approved that arrangement in writing.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you should update your credentials and contact support promptly.

5. Free Tier and Subscriptions

We may offer a free tier with limited access. Free tier availability, limits and included features may change at any time. The free tier is provided for evaluation and limited personal use.

Paid plans may include access to additional features such as broader live match coverage, Custom FastPicks, Push, Telegram and Discord alerts, marker controls, advanced analytics, team features or branding options, depending on the plan selected.

Plan names, pricing, feature limits and included functionality are described on the pricing page or in the checkout flow. The checkout or subscription management interface controls the exact plan, price, billing interval and renewal date applicable to your subscription.

6. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Payments are processed by our payment provider, currently Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. By subscribing, you authorise the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the applicable recurring fees, taxes and any plan changes you request.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription through the account or billing management area of the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless the subscription management interface states otherwise.

A request sent by email, Telegram, social media or any other unofficial channel does not guarantee cancellation before the next renewal. To avoid unintended renewal, you should cancel directly through the official billing management flow and verify that the subscription is marked as cancelled.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for first-time paid subscriptions. If PitchPressure is not right for you, contact support within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase and we will review the refund request. Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, duplicate accounts, repeated subscriptions intended to bypass the policy, chargeback fraud or breach of these Terms.

Subscription renewals, subsequent subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, unused time, accidental non-use and late refund requests are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by us. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.

If payment fails, your account may be restricted, downgraded, suspended or cancelled. We or Stripe may retry payment in accordance with payment processor rules.

7. Push, Telegram and Discord Alerts

Depending on your plan and settings, the Service may send match alerts through the notification centre, browser/PWA Push, Telegram or Discord. Alerts may include FastPicks triggers, goals, cards, high pressure events, half-time or full-time events and other match updates.

Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. Delivery may be delayed, duplicated, missed or interrupted because of data provider latency, third-party services, Telegram or Discord availability, browser push restrictions, device settings, network issues, rate limits or our own maintenance.

You are responsible for configuring any Telegram bot token, chat ID, Discord webhook URL, browser permission, device setting or alert preference required for delivery. If you connect a group, server or channel, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to do so.

We may change the format, content, branding, links or delivery rules of alerts to improve clarity, reliability, security or compliance.

8. Live Data and Availability

Live football data can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, unavailable, inconsistent between providers or subject to errors. Match clocks, scores, incidents, statistics, pressure values, lineups, standings and derived analytics may change after publication.

We do not guarantee that any match, league, country, statistic, alert, pressure chart or pre-match data will be available at all times, accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, technical issues, deployment, third-party outages, data provider interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Responsible Use and Gambling Disclaimer

PitchPressure does not accept bets, process wagers, operate a betting exchange, provide odds-making services or act as a bookmaker. Any betting account, wager or transaction with a third-party betting provider is entirely between you and that third party.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use information from the Service. You should never stake money you cannot afford to lose, and you should not use the Service if you are underage, self-excluded, prohibited from gambling, diagnosed with problem gambling behaviour or otherwise at risk.

Please gamble responsibly and comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

10. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or unauthorised purpose. In particular, you agree not to:

• systematically scrape, harvest, copy, aggregate or republish data, charts, alerts, screenshots or content without our prior written permission;
• use bots, scripts, crawlers, automated browsers or data extraction tools except for ordinary search engine indexing by reputable search engines;
• resell, redistribute, white-label or commercially exploit the Service unless your plan or a written agreement expressly allows it;
• share your account, bypass plan limits, circumvent entitlements, tamper with alerts or remove required branding from generated materials;
• interfere with the Service, overload our infrastructure, probe for vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorised access;
• upload, transmit or introduce malware, malicious code or harmful content;
• misrepresent your identity, create abusive duplicate accounts or attempt to obtain refunds, trials or access by deception;
• use the Service in a way that violates third-party rights, privacy rights or applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, source code, databases, designs, charts, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, layouts, analytics, generated match card templates and other materials, is owned by PitchPressure or licensed to us.

Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, sell, license, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the Service except where mandatory law allows it.

12. Feedback and User Content

You may provide feedback, feature requests, support messages, cancellation feedback, filter names, saved settings or other content to us. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, display, process and adapt it as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve and support the Service.

Suggestions, ideas and feedback may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including data providers, analytics providers, Telegram, Stripe, authentication providers, social networks or betting-related websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, availability, pricing, promotions, account decisions, betting products or transactions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process personal data as described there.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, downgrade or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the Service, created legal or security risk, failed to pay fees, violated plan limits or acted in a way that may harm PitchPressure, other users or third parties.

If your account is terminated for breach, you may lose access to saved filters, preferences, alert settings and other account data. We may retain or delete account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, lost expected winnings, indirect damages, consequential damages or damages arising from inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or unavailable data, charts or alerts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for direct damages arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PitchPressure harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your content or your infringement of third-party rights.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Where we make material changes that significantly affect paid subscribers, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users, for example through the Service or by email.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of the Netherlands will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
